Ruth Bader Ginsburg made similar comments the other day about how awful the U.S. constitution was and how new governments should look towards constitutions written since the end of WWII.
I had to laugh that someone that far whack-a-doodle left-wing pretends to care what is written in founding documents.

They really shouldnt look to what it is now. But what it was when it was first written. The way things are now they shouldn't look to much to the US for much of anything really.

i often wonder what the writers of the Australian constitution were thinking, well other than how much they hated aborigines and other asorted brown people.
ours is pretty much a big /fap fest to Queen Victoria

The constitution is only "frozen" because we as a people can agree on nothing anymore. I bet the framers would never have thought that our society would become so fractious.
