No it doesn't. It draws on and cites numerous sources painting a picture of what various interests are on board with this. But hey, color me unsurprised that leftists and big government neocons are rushing to deflect.

I give this thread high marks. At first I was like, cool, the government is going to enslave the internets. Then I read Aerli's post, and I have to say I was drawn to his side by random general insults and prejudices. I am really confused now. The only thing that could sway me completely to oppose this bil is BT or Des posting a youtube link about Ron Paul that has nothing to do with the topic but I wouldn't click on anyway.
