What percentage of people vote but don't have ID?

I'm guessing the number starts with a decimal point and some zeroes.

You guess wrong.


Its about 10% of the voting age population.

25% of minority population. 15% of poor people.


But most of the not-poor white people have them.....so I guess were all good.
