There are many logographic languages. This ad is in Kanji, which is Japanese. It's not in Hanzi, which is Chinese - so asking a Chinese speaking person to translate something that is written in Japanese could be taken as an insult...

They're not actually the same a lot of the time. Japanese is kinda in-between traditional chinese characters and simplified ones in terms of the complexity of the characters. I can read chinese newspapers pretty well based on context (traditional more easily than mainland) but if you just gave me a single chinese character and asked me to translate I'd probably only get it like 85% of the time.
Also the operative words in the ad are in kana so a chinese person wouldn't hbe able to tell you much. Just that it's something to do with lips and lines and getting rid of.

True. Wasn't trying to nitpick, just saying that kanji and hanzi are just different pronunciations of the same thing, so the whole ad isn't really in kanji.

You can learn 5-10 if you put your mind to it.
And if you pick those 5-10 well you can sorta stumble by in about 5-10 more languages. I.e. if you know spanish you can muddle through in italian and portogeuse too. If you know english and german (which you do) you can sorta manage in dutch if you speak like you're a moron.
