I still don't understand why illegal drugs are called controlled substances when it is cartels and associated scumbags that have the control over nearly every aspect of drug use and trade.

This can't be the only place they're making meth. Why don't we give the job of drug production and sales to someone we can monitor and hold accountable? I can't even imagine what the street value of 15 tons would look like.
