Seriously man. When you're trying to break out charts to show how your race is more evolved and therefore better you're pretty much the definition of racist.

Evolution is change, but that doesn't mean better or worse. Just different.

1) Black africans have the fewest neanderthal genes. This is established scientific fact. in terms of body and facial morphology they are actually LESS like chimps than east asians. It makes no difference tho, since neanderthals are a variety of hominid adapted for a particular environment and are no more or less 'evolved' than anything else.
2) The timing of the emergence of your particular ethnic group does not make you more 'evolved' you moron. It means that the particular traits that define east Asians emerged as adaptations to the local environment at a later date. Genetically speaking you are probably still more similar to a honky than one african is to his neighbor.
