Every non african human on the planet has a small amount of neanderthal DNA. Some ethnic groups are believed to carry DNA from other Hominids as well.

I doubt that. They certainly didn't test anything close to the entire non-African population. Given that the geographic spread of Neanderthals is predominantly in the Middle East and Europe it's probably safe to assume the people there have the larger share of contribution.

You do realise that east asian superhumans are descended from the same tribe of humans that left africa as the lesser mongrel breeds are descended from right? while they were passing through, there was interbreeding then dispersal. So guess what? You are part Neanderthal too. Science sez so.

Not really. The neanderthal contribution to the Genome is so scattered and diluted it likely makes very little difference.
