Got it for $1000. Came with 4 pair of 3D glasses and is absolutely amazing.
The refresh rate made all the difference especially coming from a 60hz to a 240hz. Shit looks real. Even standard definition programs look almost like real time. Watching a Blu Ray is like sitting on set watching the movie being made. Watching 3D for the first time with the new technology was mind blowing. I played Batman Arkham City and AC Revelations in 3D and was getting vertigo on high buildings.
All in all not a bad deal considering I was about to settle on a 47", non-3D, 120hz model for only 300 dollars less.
Glad I looked around a little more.

Seems good overall. I've been thinking about getting a 3D tv, but there isn't enough content to justify the cost for me yet.

3d tv is a gimmick for a niche market just like electric cars.

Nice
You'll find that keyboard remote useful. Navigating menus with a regular remote sucks maggot muffins.

I enjoy playing Halo Reach in in 3d Mode, first time I tried modern warfare 3 and there was some serious vertigo. I love our 3d tv.

Yeah I know I hate it!
I am conservative when it comes to film/TV, stuff should look recorded and not live, makes it easier to differentiate between real and the make believe that is entertainment.
I had a Philips set for 3 weeks (like 8 years ago) that had this NaturalMotion shit, an early 100Hz tech with interpolation (120Hz for you yanks), and while the picture technically was great the motion was too fluid to look like film to me.
Returned it and got a regular 50Hz set actually, though I use 100 these days on my plasma but there is not too much advanced stuff going on there.
