Well perhaps parents will abort imperfect fetuses in the future after genetic testing. Isnt Paul against abortion?
Personally I think the greater genetic diversity the species has the better chance it will have to survive disaster

I'm sure he is against abortion. What will happen in the future is exactly what I say. They will just do genetic tests on fetuses and then abort the ones with too many problems. The next step after that is a genetically engineered fetus which is then inserted into the mothers womb or an artificial womb
