I really don't think this is true. I think it's just that there are fewer black women period so you're less likely to see a really hot one in your daily life (especially if you live in some lily white area of the country).
If you think about it you probably see hundreds of ugly white women for every hot one. You just learn to ignore them.
Black women do tend to be fatter, mostly because they tend to be poorer. So that may have some effect.

I don't see how people can not find "blacks" attractive considering their physical features vary wildly from region to region. Are they talking about East Africans? Bantus? Pygmies?
Or are they fucking retarded and talking about dark skinned Indians, Andamanese and Negritos?
