The economy now exists to serve the new elites like Corzine, who will always be rich and successful no matter how incompetent he is at the expense of the little, unimportant people. Because he has the right connections.
Before the conservatives here get too smug, the exact same thing can be said of our previous president. This sort of thing knows no party lines.
