I think you should get the trilogy then add eyes of the nroth which looks like the one you need for the legacy crap. but scarne could probably tell you for sure which to buy.

Legacy is eye of the north only, so you need everything. I got a guild wars complete like 2 years ago which came with the game and the 3 expansions including eye of the north.
