I think even the dumbest person would find something at college for them.
Oh I don't question that. It's a matter of value.
You could walk into a restaurant and just say "give me everything on the menu" and you'd pretty much be guaranteed to find something. It just wouldn't be a very good value.

Speaking as someone who went to school with a lot of trust fund kids this is not necessarily true.
I had one Fraternity brother whose trust fund was contingent on an A average and graduating with honors. Several of them had certain conditions to meet. One was required to get a USC MBA before Dad would hand him the company.
I also had a roommate who didn't even bother to withdraw but stopped going to all his classes. He got INTs for the whole semester and it prolly cost his Dad 60-70K. At least.
