C'mon you are out there. Our congress has been giving special tax incentives to buy cars weighing greater than 6000 pounds.
Do any V8's get greater than 10 MPG

Not me. I bought an economical car the last time gas prices went crazy. People don't get it. Volatile/high gas prices are the new normal after deregulation.

13-13.5 mpg in my Dodge 2500HD with the 6.7 Cummins diesel.

My truck was about 12 or so, but I no longer have it. It was an '89 Chevy 2500 with tow. I got rid of it last year though.

Seriously many of these politicians and high level environmentalist leaders lead very ungreen lives. They fly all over the place, drive many miles, and live in big energy wasteful houses. They are pure hypocrites.

Yeah, I live in the bay area. I could be wrong but i'm pretty sure it gets 15-20 (which is bad). I made it from here to LA - about 420 miles on a single tank - roughly 20 or so mpg.

My previous car was a 4cyl Chrysler PT Cruiser. It was the most comfortable car I've ever driven, but it only got 17mpg highway, 15 around town.
