Star Wars the TORtanic will continue to decline in subs, and they should seriously consider merging half the servers immediatly before the ghost towns become even worse. I rerolled Republic with some folks to try and take on the massive amounts of Imps on our server.

Imperial Fleet = 244
Republic Fleet = 31
I couldn't even get groups to do the early flashpoints. /unsubscribe

Roll on a non-bad server?
Ajunta Pall (not sword of) has around 200ish in both fleets at prime time. It used to have much more though, like every server.
Subs are down about 50% from what I can tell. My sub will be one of the ones that doesn't renew next cycle.

every time I rolled on a new server, by the time I got my character leveled up to the 20's, everyone had quit.

You are obviously bad at finding good servers.

I doubt ME3 will cause a decline in TOR subs, but I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a few weeks of drop off in TOR player account usage. I will be surprised if it takes more than 20 hours to burn through ME3 the first time, but it may take some folks two to three weeks to get there. If the game is any good, fans like me will probably play through four or five times over the next month or so. I wouldn't cancel my TOR account for that one month plus of ME3 play. If I had a TOR account.
