she looks really strong. i feel like most people's form would be shit at that weight and i'd bet money there's not a single outposter who can do it.
if she does do it properly at that weight with her physique she's just a strong back freak of nature.

Definitely possible, but I'm also sure it was too much weight for her and her form sucked.
Also, by the looks of her face, she's used AAS at some point.

Her form was pretty sweet. She trains competitively. always at the gym.
I was just trolling with the " I bet most of you can't"
most people in general couldn't do it. this girl is massively fit.. here's a pic of her arms and back
