I tend to sit rather straight. It is a carry-over from my days in the military. People sometimes comment that I must have been in the military because of how I sit.

I slouch when I sit. My posture is good when I am standing. I don't sit much so I guess it's probably ok.

Too upright of a posture looks very strange though - a lot of nerdy people have this issue.

The best is to do an upper body workout and in general stay fit to maintain a good posture.
