Looks like the real story tonight will be that he won't be coming back to Congress next year.

He was one of the better ones who would actually challenge the status quo

I didn't agree with him on numerous items but I certainly had a lot more respect and even admiration for him than many of of his peers.

He may be an alien gnome, but he does have a supermodel wife.

It always struck me as funny that the Democrats wouldn't give this guy the time of day but then they elect Obama because he promised "change".

If they wanted change, why the hell didn't they pay attention to Kucinich. I would never support him, but between him and Obama, Kucinich represented about 1000% more change.

I actually kinda liked Howard Dean for the same reason. Wouldn't support him, but respect him.

Kucinich didn't belong in the Dem party. He was a fun kind of crazy made more palatable by his alien dominatrix wife.

Completely agreed. I like dennis, this is a guy that needs a third party.
There is no room for Kucinich in a Dem party same as there is no room for Ron Paul in the R party.
They are both a bit out of their element in each party and would be better suited to help forge a new one. Will never happen, but they are two of a kind with different success rates.
