I don't think of Dutch people being particularly obsessed by order the way Germans stereotypically are. Dutch people are more ironic and individualistic.

If you ever want to test someone's level of OCD'ness, have them stand in front of you and have them put their arms behind their back.
Now take one of those fold-up paper road maps and unfold it completely.
Then start folding it back together incorrectly and watch them twitch.
