how do you get to the Outpost?

I type vn in the address bar of internet explorer, and it prefills the rest and poof I'm here. When they switched the login feature from VN to IGN, I couldn't login from work any more. I basically didn't come here for two years. I'm worried once I won't be able to type vn in the address bar any more that I will have a similar fate.

When letters from the thread titles on the 1st page inadvertently align to spell out 'independent moderate' in a downwards fashion, I am auto summoned to the Outpost.
No typing out web addresses.

Sounds like a typical IE user... took two years to figure out how to install Firefox?
