Salmon is overrated but if you must it should be prepared simply with olive oil, lemon, salt and and pepper and nothing more. Salmon has too strong a taste to put in a sauce.

Eli's Asian Salmon!!

I probably have this at least once a week it's so good. Super easy too - just mix everything in a bowl, and then pour it onto the salmon with some panko. Make sure you use low sodium soy sauce. If you're using a steak, also don't forget to remove the bones, however you decide to prepare it.

A lot of great chefs disagree with you. Salmon is very versatile and you put in a box...

Your "morimoto" recipe (which is not actually a morimoto recipe, incidentally) calls for cod, not salmon. Any recipe that assumes the two - and mackerel, wtf? - are interchangable is a bad recipe.

I didn't look at the rest since the first one I looked at turned out to be not what you claimed at all.

Chef ramsay is a better Chef than any chefs that ever cooked anything for you, Yuki. If he thinks salmon is great, then his statement> yours considering he is one the best chef in existence.
