Actually reality is an argument for interventionism. These people could use saving, but we don't "save" people who don't offer strategic or economic rewards that we want or need.
No, we go to war with Iraq and single out Saddam and take down one out of many (not to mention one that was funded and supported by us to begin with) so the knuckle draggers can pretend we're a force for good in the world.............and so that we can build bases and secure oil pipelines.
Meanwhile Africa rapes and pillages away. All of the outrage over Sharia law and none over the equally barbaric conditions in Africa.

Woah that is a lot of information from someone who thinks its just a hipster feelgood movement tenkly. And here I thought you were just as dumb as the creepy weirdo who heard a 5 min interview with some nameless expert on his local AM.
First thing I did when I saw the KONY 2012 was call Senator Inhofes office and Russ Feingolds Progressives United, to confirm that this group was legit. I did my own background checking... and decides I can get with this.
Sure 90% are armchair activists... But the 10% are utilizing the viral power of the whole accomplish this goal.
