He had one of his hollywood buddies make a short documentary basically blaming Bush for the mess he got himself into.
To be fair he promised to fix all that mess. That is why people voted for him. He didnt fix much at all.

i had to dig up old news articles, the other day, to prove to my folks that GW bush was responsible for the majority of bailouts.
GW was even the one who initiated the auto industry bailouts that obama handed out.
my parents wanted to rewrite history in such a way that relieved the guilty one of any wrong doing and blamed it all on his successor.
im not going to be at all surprised if obama has to remind people that he isnt the guilty party.

no doubt that obama inherited problems from Bush, but everything that is going on isn't all Bush's fault. The leader is always responsible. And he hasn't done much to fix the issues. Even with the debt he inherited he made it worse. I dont actually recall much of anything he did that was good... Perhaps I'm forgetting something..... nah

i think what saved the auto industry was people waking up and realising they need to support companys that live here.
i think the bailouts brought attention to the fact that these companies support a shit ton of people who, if laid off, will be a huge burdon on the unemployment system and economy in general.
