They are plenty of places that serve only one type of asian food. This is one of the only restos who serve multiple kinds.

I like Pad See Ew better than Pad Thai. If you like the one you will like the other. Pad Kee Mow is also good.

If you are on a Thai food kick - I highly recommend larb (meat salad) either chicken or pork with a side plain sticky rice (not mango sticky rice). You might have to ask them as it's a northern dish and not always on the menu but if there are thai people in the kitchen, they will hook you up!

Pad Vun Sen (spelling...) is another great dish.
As others have suggested:
Pho (pronounced Foe) is delicious - I like the beef and duck varieties.

Try Indian food. Specifically, Butter Chicken. I love that stuff too. You are right. Expand your food horizons. Who knows what else you are missing.

I was always against going in sushi resto thinking that's all they sold and I decided to give it a shot today and I tried this dish.. I've been there twice today already and I'll probably order it again tonight.
This stuff is soooooooooooooo good. omfg
IF anyone else has similar dishes to recommend please do so. I need to expand my food horizon.
