it's like GTA meets saints row on crack.
It's fun. I just dislike the new additions they made so I'm not playing it right now..

It's a blast, and for the most part, everyone is on equal playing field.
you get a base handgun and automatic rifle. You can buy upgrades, but they expire and you have to buy them again, so I see a lot of people just using the freebies.
the free account lets you make two people. I have a criminal and an enforcer.. I play the criminal most of the time.
You can run groups and do missions, or just go out on your own and do your own thing. You should be grouped for missions unless you like being one against 4 or 5.

I buy the premium account so even when i play on lower districts the 30% penalty still gives me +15%
I also buy the whisper.

Can you loot the guns of people you steal or is the only way to get upgrades is to buy them?

You buy better guns as your rank up..
all guns you buy are yours for 10 days after which they expire but you can buy them again.
If you dont suck the money to buy them isn't an issue.. I had 20,000 and in about a month I had more than half a million

you can steal other peoples cars that they loaded up with stolen goods.. so long as they're not their personal car.. really pisses people off.
I also like to steal those armored trucks and you can pretty much one shot people's cars and cause them to explode with a direct hit.

We logged in last week, played against three people not even trying to hide their cheats and then I uninstalled for good.
