When auto shufflers are being used they do. Sometimes they shuffle same deck each hand, usually though it's one deck is in play while the other is shuffled and they switch off each hand. Lots of different ways they can do it so it just depends on the casino.
The whole point of using shufflers is to utterly defeat card counting... which leaves the question posed to Tal earlier: WTF?
