15 years ago, 19 year old Jane Doe brutally kills her husband and 3 children (ages 3, 2 and 9 months). She is convicted on all counts and is on living large on death row. She has run out of appeals and at the age of 34, her execution date is set. She has 4 months to live.
In the time between her last appeal being rejected and her date with destiny being set, she gets gang raped by at least ten prison guards (presumably all prison guards, possibly a priest or social worker as well) and subsequently becomes pregnant.

Put in a request to the Governor to extend her time to full term.
The baby is born..can go to a worthy family who wants a baby.
Fullfill the penalty the next day. Yes, I would let her meet the baby..who cares if it gives her a moment of peace.

Cut her stomach open rip out the babies and give them to the rapists. Make the 10 guards live in a house together in jail where they raise the child as a group on tv. When the child reaches 18, kick the child out of the prison and the tv show - as a parting gift maybe give a few thousand dollars for the reality show proceeds.

Stay the execution. Allow for a reasonable recovery period in a secure hospital. Escort her to and from the witness stand, in court, against her attackers. Her baby gets born into CPS custody and she is granted one more appeal with all things considered.
