Statistically speaking, you stand just as much of a chance of winning by spending one dollar. So I'd spend a buck, and then buy a nice nine dollar lunch.

I look at it as entertainment.
If a dollar buys me a 15 minute conversation about what I'd do with 200million, it was probably worth it.
I buy maybe 1 ticket a year.
