Google and see if you can find the news story about the dog. You can see it was crying and they stitched up the top of its head and neck. Disgusting behavor by the man who is a monster

I mean ive had to shoot both dogs and cats. Never ever required more than 1 well placed shot from a 22 mag. Instant death. Either head or neck (brain stem) and its down instantly. You can gamble a heart shot but if you hit a rib the bullet will fragment possible miss the heart. So it would require another shot and for sure suffer more. What this dude did was heinous. The dude went on a rampage. lol He must have hated that dog. But in his defense if it was a small dog (the most annoying type of dog in the world) then it probably deserved it. But dang at least kill it. Pay the fine and live with the looks of pissed off neighbors and no more dog. Until they buy a new one and its twice as loud lol

Its not a mean dog. Its a golden retriever. Most all those dogs are nice. The man also had poison in his place too. He mustve wanted to poison the dog.
They say that Son of Sam hated a barking dog near his house too years ago.

turn up the tv? Screw that. You should have the right to enjoy your property without some selfish douche bringing a super loud thing in and throwing it outside, where for most of us it can be as annoying to your house as theirs.
I've fantasized about killing my neighbors dogs before. When I was still in school my wife and I lived in a townhouse and our next door neighbor kept his dog locked up in the bedroom that bordered our master when he left for the day. That dog barked non stop all day long. i talked to him about it and he told me I didn't want a "war with him." I assumed he'd slash my tires and egg my house so my only options wre to move, deal with it, or kill him. I considered all three options seriously.

About half of my neighbors have dogs and there's not a single barker in the bunch. Now if someone could just train the coyotes...
