Anyone that put Dragonball Z on their list is auto-fail. That was some of the worst crap i've ever seen. I saw my kid watching it a few times and was amazed at how awful it was. Even he stopped watching it and made fun of it after a few episodes, based on other kids telling him to watch it.

Marine Boy was the first cartoon that I remember REALLY being into at age 4 or 5.
After that, and in no particular order:

Spiderman
Scooby Doo (pre-Scrappy)

SPEED FKN RACER!! (loved this one!)
Star Blazers... soooo goood!
Schoolhouse Rock wasn't really a "cartoon" to me - but I guess it qualifies though in a different way than the others to me.

I think Mighty Mouse was run by Filmation in my world, usually crammed in with other shorts like Heckle & Jeckle that were very annoying. Although that might have been Adam Ant come to think of it. Hmmm..
