Sgt. Gary Stein, who founded the Armed Forces Tea Party, said his commanding officer at Camp Pendleton near San Diego has accused him of violating a catch-all military justice provision against conduct endangering "good order and discipline."
He is also accused of violating a Department of Defense policy limiting the political activities of service members.
Stein came under scrutiny from Marine officials after saying he would not obey Obama's orders.
In a January 26 post to the Armed Forces Tea Party Facebook page, Stein called Obama a liar. Two days later, he said the president is "the 'Domestic Enemy' our oath speaks about."
In a March 4 posting, he questioned Obama's birth certificate.

I never said there would be zero people who believed Obama's birth certificate was forged.
Are you suggesting his belief had something to do with his crime? Even CNN isn't suggesting that.
Nut jobs do nutty things all the time. It's not an issue unless it's an issue. Does this lone criminal act seem like it's an issue, or does it seem like he's just a lone nut job?

As he was far too young to ever have been subject to the draft before the draft was ended... the question you really have to ask yourself is: Who gives a flying fark?
Obama is only a few months older than I am. I had to fill out and submit a SS card...

Everyone does - my point was there was no draft when he was turning 18, nor has there been since. So who gives a damn if he fudged it? Or not?

The line of thinking is that he fudged it because he couldn't provide proof of citizenship.
Apparently he didn't learn how to forge birth certificates, despite moving in and out of the country, for a few more years.

You don't have to provide proof of citizenship to file your selective service paperwork. They send it to you. You fill it out and mail it back.
Well, they send it to you... if you're a citizen!
Seriously though, the whole thing is stupid. The trick the guy in the video did to show how they would have faked the stamp... who's to say that some government employee who lost the real stamp didn't do that exact thing 25 years ago?
Senators who want to be President don't make bad forgeries. They make perfect forgeries that you'd need an electron microscope to disprove.
