Sinlock is a permanent judge of meltdowns and douchebag awards and he is immune from any douchebag awards since he saved the Outpost
If you nominate someone for the douchebag award your name is automatically added to the list. Once the list is finalized the entire Outpost votes and a winner is declared.
Racist noobs are banned from any judging positions because they have permanent noob status
Other judges are all Outposters who founders of this place and here from the start
