7 dollars an hour  and surprisingly enough I've passed on 2 other promotions to management that I could have taken and that would have given me a bigger raise.

Well to be honest no one is going to fix the world. It cant be fixed. Even as a Christian you cannot make the world a better place and its not our calling either. Our calling is to spread the good news and to snatch others from the fire. Only Jesus can fix the world.

My son is in college and my daughter isn't that far from going, that is the reason I gave my wife for buying another company.

I'm going to college now, but in all honesty most of the people I know that have degrees, it doesnt really seem to help. The employers that I speak to would prefer experience over degrees. Or just a general easy going attitude. One of them told me, I dont care how smart you are, I can teach you (this job) as I can with anyone. Id rather you get along with all the guys here.

That is the reason I gave my wife, my reason for buying another anodizing company is the challenge of rehabilitating a bankrupt company.
