Somewhat Similar Case In Florida

FL has a stupid law. This is the type of "frontier justice" RWNs thirst for. I don't get it at all. Whether it was legal or not (which on the facts I doubt. I imagine Fl still has brandishing laws) it should have been illegal. escalating a confrontation with a gun should be illegal in all but the most obvious cases of self defense.

If you have a concealed weapons permit its a mandatory 5 or 10 years for brandishing a gun in a threatening manner.

Dont think this is a somewhat similar case. If you want similar use the one i posted that happened in Ocala Fl. Thats about as similar as you can get.

If you physically assault someone, you should expect to meet serious force in defense. If you wield any sort of a weapon or martial arts, you should expect to meet deadly force in defense.
