There is absolutely nothing "liberal" about banning books or words.
This is "conservative", which as a philosophy fully supports banning things you don't like to think about.

actually the idealogy of liberalism is to loosen restrictions.
hence phrases like: "a very liberal sprinkling of sugar on your cupcake.".
while conservative ideology is to take things away and prevent people from having them.
i.e. "a very conservative sprinkle of sugar on your cupcake."
its just kinda what the words mean.
it does not, however, mean that the politicians/outposters who call themselves liberal or conservative actually know what the words mean.

So I call every act of stupid "conservatism", and strangely enough, unlike you, there is at least a shred of accuracy when I do so.
