When thugs stop using hoodies to hide their face when committing crimes this stigma might stop. Of course they would rather stupid to do that. Better to force everyone to ignore the guy wearing a hoody on a hot night; as it might just be a style statement.
God it is hard to see how liberals can hold a job. They have no common sense whatsoever.
