GOP-run House easily rejects Obama budget
The Republican-run House has overwhelmingly rejected President Barack Obama's $3.6 trillion budget for next year after a vote forced by GOP lawmakers to embarrass Democrats.
The vote was 414-0.

The legislature has a committee process in which they create their own budget. Their starting point tends to be the executive budget but there are multiple changes in each committee to the budget.
The vote on the Obama budget is just a political move meant to create the exact reaction it is creating in this thread by idiots. It is political theater for stupid people and nothing else.

The budget Obama submitted was political theater. The rejection of it is political theater designed to counter Obama's political theater.
Why get mad about one kind of political theater and not the other?

The president's budget is used as the starting point. That's what the vote was for. There was no need for democrats to vote for it when it was definitely not going to get any support from Republicans, so instead of tying themselves to anything in his budget they just stayed away. It's not a big indictment either way because it was a non starter from the beginning anyways. The Republicans will make something up on their own and it will be passed on a party line vote.
