I guess I have to change my opinion of Lee slightly... im suprised he did the right thing but I am glad he did.

This is not something to sue over. If Spike Lee isn't a douche he'll probably offer to pay for any expenses they had but there's no reason to go to court over something like this.

Haha oh man there is nothing a judge hates more than people with that attitude. If you ever do get into Court I suggest you do your best to hide that desire from whoever is the judge on your case.

I am a good actor and have an awesome attorney! It's too bad in my 49 years I've never had to sue anyone for anything. 
Court is still my play thing though and you can't do anything about it!!
