If a tick or mosquito feeds on an animal, then a spider feeds on the insect, does that mean the spider how has a taste for blood?

Every morning there is a web from the ground to the front of my sequoia's bumper. 
THe spider most likely lives inside the car.. Probably in the seat cushion laying eggs right now.
