It is fast. It is light. It is fun. It matches the hooligan side of my personality. I researched bikes, but my research did not disclose, this fact: It has Pirelli racing tires on it, and I should not drive in wet conditions. This should have been a deal killer. I want to be able to get on my bike and just drive wherever and whenever I want. I should have gone cruiser.
My hope is I can buy some different tires when for my Triumph Street Triple R when they wear out and this will allow me to drive in wetter conditions.

We built a shed for an older man who had three motorcycles on trailers.
He sold two to my guys for $1500.00 each. They were in pristine condition. He just kept buying new ones and shelving the old ones. The guys got great deals on them. The man knew what they were worth, but he just wanted to get rid of them.
He is a funny old coot. We built his shed inside of a bigger building he has. He only deals in cash, and does not want the "government" to know what he does. He builds model airplanes and flies them for a hobby.

Im living with it. I live in Southern Cal and the rain is not an issue here. It is human nature to have some type of buyers remorse. Im going to enjoy it. I really could have stepped down to a less flashy more practical bike. This bike will bring out The Mad Max in anyone.

I think I just need to get used to the motorcycle and I will be fine. I sit upright, but there is still a slight forward lean and it pushes on your wrists-hands after a while. The slightest touch of the throttle and this baby responds no matter what speed im going. I have not opened it up yet and I doubt that I will, even after the break in period. I would like to think of myself as the street racer type, but in reality, I am an older guy, with too much of a toy. This bike belongs to a real hooligan, which implies a younger sport bike rider with the balls and skills to get everything out of the bike it is capable of.

Right after we were married I build a VW trike with 50" tires on the rear but I still didn't ride it in the rain, I live in Southern California so I can always wait a day.

The wrist and hand thing is what caused me to sell my bike. Hope you get it all worked out.

I dont think the tires are the problem
