And no, they're not available. Pulse dialing died awhile back. Touch tone dialing's demise probably isn't too far out, either.

You can still toggle between tone and pulse dialing on many devices. 
Those were fun phones. Reminds me of summers at the farm where the phone system was a party line setup and used only four digits.

i remember my dad trying to ring up a radio station to win something and always being annoyed at how he was never caller number 15 or whatever.
then we got one of those fancy "push button" phones
