The Justice Department obeyed a federal appeals court's unusual order Thursday in a legal and political spat over the health care law championed by President Barack Obama.
Administration lawyers met their deadline and filed a three-page, single-spaced letter -- following the specific instructions of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which is hearing a challenge to the health care law.
Nice to see this...now to read the rseponse and laugh at the judge.

The letter re-states the Administration argument in favor of Obamacare. It is also only 2 and a half pages long. I think they are hoping the judge makes an even bigger fool of himself and tells them to re-do it.

I wouldn't be surprised if the powers that be on the 5th circuit try to gently shepard that guy into retirement soon. He has clearly lost his marbles and is making a fool not only of himself but of the whole circuit.

There are a lot of republicans where I work cringing at that judge's actions. He lost it. It's a disgrace. Totally unprofessional and blatantly partisan.
