That is the reality. If Israel is facing annihilation, they are going to take out a hell of a lot of the Middle East with them.

He said "world", not "Middle East", though

Israel has a second strike option, which makes their position on Iran all the more ludicrous. I think they would nuke their mother if it meant vengeance served.

Uh - whut?
They are suspected of having tactical nukes and perhaps some cruise launched nukes... none of which can reach an EU capital without taking a ride on a plane.
Unlike you Israel knows who their enemies are and have purchased/developed accordingly.

As their nuclear arsenal and delivery systems are both things Israel doesn't talk about there are no reliable sources (outside CIA/MI6) as to what they might have.
The claim that they have warheads aimed at EU capitals is completely absurd. They could do it with tactical aircraft or submarines, but ICBMs? Aimed at targets 4000+ km away? Why?? They have much much closer enemies to aim their weapons at.
