Except when you already have 6 kids and can't afford those, you don't go get in-vitro at all.
And you don't announce it to the world, openly brushing aside all the concerns that were told to her well in advance about how she was going to manage it.

When you have six kids that you cannot afford, you don't "go into it" knowing you are going to have another one kid. Hell, let's say you have six kids that you CAN afford. That's the point. Goddamn, we need population control in this country for the stupid.
