It can be difficult to figure out who or what to blame for bad outcomes.
The world is complex and there are lots of moving pieces that create our outcomes.
I would say that most people are unable to come up with reasons why...instead they rely on some mysterious group (jews, government, goldman sachs, rich people) who they assign magical powers of destruction.
Admitting you dont quite understand why things are broken is a huge step forward from using a magical boogeyman to explain things.
