We haven't even been able to civilize Alabama in 150 years, how could we possibly civilize an entire region?

This was in the history thread. It seems equally as fitting here for this noob.

Indeed. Uncivilized savages. Always been that way and short of complete annihilation and repopulation

We have to do it because after the US descends into chaos from a financial collapse and the rest of the world falls apart because we're not all over the place propping everything up, the damn muslims will take over because they're used to living in chaotic conditions. We're not. So in order to make sure that we have a world worth taking over again when our country arises from the ashes, we need to civilize a-rab land. Otherwise it just makes our job harder in the long run.

The middle east was civilized when xexy's ancestors were still pewping on themselves in a german forest somewhere.

These days they still pewp on themselves but they don't live in forests any more.

You have supported the original thread premise as a valid topic. I do not see a period in the thread title. How ironic that you talk about reading comprehension.

And even more ironic is that the Middle East is where civilization was born.

"Iraq: The Cradle of Civilization

After thousands of years as a hunter/gatherer, man built the first cities 5,000 years ago on the banks of the Euphrates River. Civilization as we know it began with the glorious cultures of Ur, Nineveh, and Babylon."

You should contact your high school and ask why you were left behind. Or maybe grade school, I don't mean to assume you actually went to High School.

It might be where civilization was originally from but they haven't advanced in like 1000 years. They are a threat to our reemergence from anarchy and we need to deal with them now.
