I have done a lot of quests, and they have all been relatively easy, between 1 and 3. The very last quest was a couple of the Burun King quests led by Murron last week. It was definately a 1 because we had about 20 people at least running the quest.
Other quests I have run recently that were not difficult: Sword of Bellenese, Elysa in Danger, Shield of Yanshi, Kill Quests, Crystal Rares, Tusks, Pincers, Asheron's raiment(all 4), Eater quests, Bone Crunch, and others that I cannot remember.
The MOST difficult(10) was when Alletto and I tried running the first Burun King ourselves. We did fine until we got to Reshan but he owned us. We returned a short time later with 2 others to help but that went poorly as well.

G-man was the last thing I ran before I called it quits 3 years ago. I've solo'd him as melee and as a mage.....the mage was an interesting fight.

I'd say, taking in to account the level you need to enter the dungeon, the time required to complete and the reward in XP :
Fuins Gauntlets is a 1.
Tusker's Assault is a 10.
Also difficult is the level 120+ matron hive and level 80+ Olthoi Chasm. (never been able to solo)

Recently did Olthoi Chasm with just me and a level 135. last part was horrible getting his body back but I ran down to the last note myself and recovered all bodies that the 135 lost and I lost getting his back. However, the reward for the aggravation just didnt even out LMAO.

My last quest was Olthoi Queen and someone aggro'd the queen and wiped the whole party lol.

The guild I lead so many the last quest I did a day would total like maybe over 20 week (including the ones I have do over and over again to lead people through lol). Didn't really use to enjoy questing unless "I" was getting something back in the day. Have to admit next to just hanging out with the guild , learning quests is really fun for me right now. Nothing like seeing text from people excited about something you help them get and the random "good lead" or "good run" comments make ya feel good. As of right now the last quest I did was Nexus Crawler that maxed me to 275 , sorta exciting and sad to think that my ol' fart toon won't level no more lol.

I did Nexus Crawler a lil bit ago with Tacit and another allegiance member  FUN quest! One of my all-time favs tho is 'Delving Into Claude's Mind'
