If Obama wants ,really wants to put America to work.why dont he hire em to "Bury Electric Wire's".So when we get a 2m.p.h. wind we wont lose power

Here is some "work to do".
Consultant: 31 percent of Detroit's fresh drinking water goes down the drain.

Its also hard to hire people to do these things when your laying off so many people.
Government employees are going down private sector employees are rising, unemployment remains the same :/
