OK, sorry, it just wouldn't be a mega recruiting post without that.
But really, Bats ruled, Mega drueled.
Mosswarts laughed when they saw a Meginjarder tag.
Hey, this is fun!
I think we need some more has-been former monarchs to start a big ruckus!
Then we can get some rocking chairs, and sit out on the porch, and yell at the kids to get off the lawn, and the new kids can yell back "Get over it, old man!"

What position in your chain would someone like me be able to be granted?
How much XP are you pulling in these days?
I'm Rank 12, I wear pre patch GSA, and am a wiz with personal relations.
I've exceeded my 1 post per year on these boards.

I certainly remember the first 4, and its good to see that Meginjarder is still around. I was a rank 8 magistrate in there for a good while, and that XP chain used to be real nice.

You know, back when I was under Elder, we lost a load of players to Mega under Og II.
We sorta branded ourselves as the nice guys fighting the good fight.. and Mega was the nice guys fighting the good fight.. only with a kickass XP chain.
Yeah, we had a lot of people who wanted nothing to do with the chains and chain drama... and we lost people right and left because they could get a similar level of questing and conversation and guild goodness, but with the easy XPs as well.
The funny thing is, when the chains were nerfed, we just sorta shrugged and kept on with what we were doing, having fun with our friends. (ok, there may have been a superior smirk here and there, but who's counting? I can neither confirm nor deny the rumor of an impromptu victory dance that may or may not have taken place over nanto falls) But while Mega still did great because of all the other good things they had going, some of the other allegiances were pretty much all about the chain and just couldn't take it.
