I spent the last 3 months trying to find someone to play LoTRO with... wtf
If you're still interested I play on Elendilmir with my GF and RL friend. We're right around lvl 20 now, and having a blast. We're always interested in more people joining if you want. Mike also plays, but I'm not sure if he'll hang around now that we've kinda got a few levels past him. Hit me up on XBL if you want to chat about it, or you can leave a post here. Whatever works for you.

I have a level 40ish rune mage on that server, I think.
Kinda getting into AC again, but I might give LoTRO another shot soon.

I have 3 different charatcters. Minstard (64) is my, well, I'll let you figure that one out. I have a warden, Ryania (65), or something like that. I also have a Rune-keeper that I've just started leveling who is around 20.
I have a lvl 10 Kinship that you're more than welcome to join, but there aren't many people in it. Just my friend Jeff, Natalie and I.
